If freeform is filled, it overrides absolute seconds. If absolute seconds is filled, it overrides the M/D/H/M/S fields.

For non-custom quality levels the bitrate is estimated with codec-specific models. Delivery codecs use realistic target bitrates, mezzanine codecs use reference data rates, and uncompressed formats use pixel math. In custom mode you can type any bitrate you want.
